  Sweet Yogurt Dressing
 

This is terrific over fruit, salad or low-fat dessert! Wonderful on Cambridge Super Chocolate Dessert!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of plain, nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (or you can use Wheat Germ for fewer calories)
  • 1½ tablespoons of honey

Combine all ingredients. Chill overnight. Serve over a bed of lettuce, fruit or lowfat frozen pudding (such as Cambridge Super Chocolate Pudding).

Makes 1½ Cups. Per serving (2 Tbsps.): 45 calories and 1.5 grams of fat.
