Low Fat Recipes
  Easy Sour Cream Topping
 

This is great on baked potatos.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. Original Blend Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for up to two weeks.

SERVES 4. Per 2 Tbsp. serving: 21 calories and 0 grams of fat.
