Our bodies are made up of cells that scream for water to function properly. Did you know that for cells, organs, and systems to function properly, they have to be hydrated? It's true! Your body will function more efficiently with the regular and liberal intake of water. We can live for nearly a month without eating...but only a few days without water. If you did nothing special other than drink healthy quantities of water each day, you would improve your health!


This is gonna sound strange; but the only way to shed the build-up or retention of water is to drink lots of it. When the cells in our body sense that there is a drought in season, they tend to conserve as much water as they'll hold...and that usually isn't enough for proper cell function...but enough to add a few pounds to the dial on the old scales. Once you consume a sufficient amount of water each day (6 - 9 glasses minimum or more), the old cell membranes turn lose of the stored supplies since the drought is past. If you make this a part of your daily intake, you'll notice an improvement in many areas. Skin will look more youthful, hair and nails will look healthier, and you'll finally have a regulated body temperature. Water is good stuff.
