This is gonna sound strange; but the only way to shed the build-up or retention of water is to drink lots of it. When the cells in our body sense that there is a drought in season, they tend to conserve as much water as they'll hold...and that usually isn't enough for proper cell function...but enough to add a few pounds to the dial on the old scales. Once you consume a sufficient amount of water each day (6 - 9 glasses minimum or more), the old cell membranes turn lose of the stored supplies since the drought is past. If you make this a part of your daily intake, you'll notice an improvement in many areas. Skin will look more youthful, hair and nails will look healthier, and you'll finally have a regulated body temperature. Water is good stuff.
